Tasks:

• Effectively negotiate with product team and operation team, accomplish technical document according to the PRD together with senior data analyst. 與產(chǎn)品團隊和運營團隊保持高效協(xié)同、溝通，根據(jù)產(chǎn)品需求文檔協(xié)助高級數(shù)據(jù)同事完成技術(shù)文檔；
• Together with other developers, structure the data warehouse and data analysis platform; 根據(jù)業(yè)務(wù)上層應(yīng)用需求，搭建底層數(shù)倉、數(shù)據(jù)分析中臺 ；

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master degree in information technology or computer science and engineering 信息技術(shù)，計算機相關(guān)專業(yè)本科及以上學(xué)歷
• 5+ years data development or data analytics experience, be familiar with big data architecture, understand systematic data analysis methodology based on business, understand data model, data index; Experience on development and implement of business index. 5年數(shù)據(jù)開發(fā)或數(shù)據(jù)分析經(jīng)驗，熟悉大數(shù)據(jù)分析平臺，理解數(shù)據(jù)分析體系和方法，數(shù)據(jù)模型，數(shù)據(jù)指標(biāo)；有業(yè)務(wù)指標(biāo)落地經(jīng)驗;
• Experience on big data and cloud platform including AWS, Ali Cloud, Huawei Cloud, etc. Be familiar with data warehouse including Hive, Redshift, etc. Proficient on SQL programing. 有大數(shù)據(jù)框架、各類國內(nèi)外云平臺經(jīng)驗，熟悉各類數(shù)據(jù)倉庫，包括且不局限于Hadoop, Hive, Redshift,etc. 熟練使用SQL；
• Good structured thinking ability, good communication skills, good multi-department coordination skills, good data integration and analysis ability 候選人需要有較強結(jié)構(gòu)化思維能力，溝通能力，及跨部門協(xié)調(diào)能力，具備數(shù)據(jù)整合和分析能力；
• Experience on business analysis experience and BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI ,Fine Report 有商業(yè)分析經(jīng)驗，會使用一到兩種BI工具
• Better to have scrum development experience in IoT industry. 有過IoT行業(yè)相關(guān)的敏捷開發(fā)經(jīng)驗優(yōu)先
• Programing language such as Java, Python experience will be a plus 有java, python, 等編程語言經(jīng)驗優(yōu)先
• High Motivation and self-driven of new technology research and be passion with new trial 對新的技術(shù)保有熱情，敢于嘗試新的技術(shù)實現(xiàn)；
• Have team management experience 有團隊管理經(jīng)驗
