1. Safety, Quality & IMS
a. Take reasonable care for his or her own health and safety
b. Ttake reasonable care for the health and safety of persons who may be affected by the employee's acts or omissions at a workplace
c. Cooperate with his or her employer with respect to any action taken by the employer to comply with a requirement imposed by or under Act or the regulations.
d. While at work, an employee must not intentionally or recklessly interfere with or misuse anything provided at the workplace in the interests of health, safety or welfare.
2. Customer Interaction
a. Meet customer requirements for products (i.e. purity, pressure and flow), within safety limitations, by controlling and operating plant equipment
3. Operational Effectiveness
a. Maintain and improve plant efficiency and integrity by monitoring and analysing equipment and reporting faults and improvement opportunities
b. Perform plant stops and start and trouble-shooting as directed by the Facillity Manager
c. Assist in the review, development and updating of work instructions and documentation
d. Complete daily plant logs, raising any issues with the Plant Manager
e. Report faulty plant and equipment and diagnose equipment problems
f. Maintain site security by monitoring and controlling access to the site
4. Decision Making
a. Authorisation of breakdown maintenance work
b. Issue of work permits
c. Maintenanse repair. upgrade work
d. Temporary and permanent process changes
