大專及以上學(xué)歷。
Candidates for this position will be evaluated based on the following:
--Demonstrated learning and interpersonal skills. Proactive, honest, teamwork and hard working.
-- The higher understanding of security.
-- Suitable for shift work.
-- Degree in Chemical engineering, coal chemical engineering, Fine chemical engineering. etc. And/or
Having a demonstrated record of continued advancement from Field Operator Position with 1 year of relative plant experiences.

適合倒班工作。
化學(xué)工程與工藝、精細(xì)化工、煤化工、應(yīng)用化工專業(yè)應(yīng)屆畢業(yè)生。或
具有在煤氣化單元現(xiàn)場(chǎng)操作崗位上連續(xù)工作一年以上經(jīng)歷的在職人員。
崗位主要職責(zé)：
1、Drive continuous improvement and sharing of best operation practices at the Gasification Unit.
對(duì)氣化裝置現(xiàn)場(chǎng)操作進(jìn)行持續(xù)改進(jìn)，并分享氣化裝置運(yùn)行經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
2、 Training new operating staff for the Gasification Shift Ops Team.
對(duì)本班新現(xiàn)場(chǎng)員工進(jìn)行崗位培訓(xùn)。
3、 The Field Operator must check and patrol routinely the units stable running and follow the Deputy Lead Operator and Lead Operator’s order to deal with the field operation upset to meet the plant running reliability requirement.
氣化外操必須做好日常巡查，遵照副操和主操的指示和要求，對(duì)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)操作故障進(jìn)行處理和檢查確認(rèn)，使氣化單元穩(wěn)定可靠運(yùn)行。
4、The Field Operator can handle the emergency matters in Gasification Unit led and coordinated by shift-leader/Lead Operator according to the Emergency Program and follow the Deputy Lead Operator’s Order to recovery the Unit which tripped or Emergency shutdown.
氣化外操應(yīng)能在主操、班長(zhǎng)的帶領(lǐng)下，根據(jù)預(yù)想事故處理方案對(duì)氣化單元作現(xiàn)場(chǎng)緊急處理，并在副操的指令下協(xié)助恢復(fù)已跳車(chē)或停車(chē)單元的運(yùn)行。
5、 Follow designed analytic requirements (analytic items and frequency) and/or Lead operator’s detailed requests to execute site sampling tasks according to standard safely Sampling Program. Execute safety check for sampling valves after sampling. Responsible for maintenance and safety check of Sampling Facilities & Tools. Strictly prohibit to use unsafe Sampling Facilities & Tools.
嚴(yán)格按照分析頻次或主操的要求、取樣流程進(jìn)行取樣操作，并進(jìn)行取樣后現(xiàn)場(chǎng)閥門(mén)檢查確認(rèn)工作。負(fù)責(zé)所用分析取樣器具的維護(hù)保養(yǎng)、使用前安全檢查工作，嚴(yán)禁使用不安全取樣器具.
6、Knew well of SDS of analytic materials in Gasification Facility Scope, such as Hydrogen, Nitrogen, CO, CO2, H2S, NaOH, polyacrylamide, lubrication oil, etc.
掌握所轄工作范圍內(nèi)取樣介質(zhì)的SDS，如：氫氣、氮?dú)狻⒁谎趸肌⒍趸肌⒘蚧瘹洹⒎勖骸溲趸c、聚丙烯酰胺、潤(rùn)滑油等。
7、Record daily/monthly Production report and fill in various ledgers; Write shift handover records as required and ensure proper handover of positions.
做好日常日?qǐng)?bào)表、月報(bào)表、各類臺(tái)賬的填寫(xiě)寫(xiě)工作; 按要求書(shū)寫(xiě)交接班記錄，并做好崗位交接；。
8、 Keep good communication with customer for closely cooperation. Also work closely with maintenance team to assist Maintenance Engineers to implement Preventive Maintenance.
與用戶保持良好溝通和緊密合作，協(xié)助維護(hù)維修人員做好預(yù)防性保養(yǎng)工作。
9、 Attend safety meetings and execute routine safety audits (including APSAM, SIP ,BSP, SWP,CI ,safety action training and so on) and write safety reports.
參加有關(guān)安全會(huì)議，履行日常安全檢查工作，如：執(zhí)行安全自我評(píng)估系統(tǒng)SAM、現(xiàn)場(chǎng)安全持續(xù)改進(jìn)計(jì)劃SIP、基本安全管理程序 BSP、安全工作許可證Safety work permit、持續(xù)改進(jìn)管理系統(tǒng)CI、安全實(shí)踐培訓(xùn)等。
