崗位職責：

1.Strong interaction with KION’s Operating Units sales and product management representing the voice of the OUs for the agile release train (ART). Be the link between Robotics solution development and the Operating Units.
2.Deep into automation vertical & application with software driven, understand the customer pain points. and translating them into Engineering Level 1 requirements to R&D. Transfer global solution roadmaps to regional roadmaps. Aligning roadmaps to internal / external stakeholders.
3.Organizing and ensuring the transfer of market requirement into the PSC Gate process according to KIONs core strategy and requirements of individual Ous with a willingness travel internationally (20%).
4.Create and maintain the RSD solution roadmap for hardware, software, and tools for all level of products.
5.In collaboration with the global development and services team, participate in the quarterly RSD product planning to support product owner on development planning.
6.As APAC solution management team lead, Manage and prioritize the flow of work and ensure the team performance [Direct line leadership].
7.Required to undertake business travel, including international trips, for 20% of their working time to fulfill job responsibilities and support company operations.

任職要求：

1.Bachelor’s degree on Computer science, software engineering or automation preferred.
2.Fluent in both English and Chinese language.
3.Practical experience in material handling / mobile automation industry, familiar with WMS/WCS/MES/RCS. Software product management experience is preferred.
4.Professional Software Background, Experience with Linux Operating system, ROS or mobile automation related software development platform is desirable with Mobile Automation Industries Know-how.
5.Ability to understand the customer(s) point of view, and how that guides the project’s requirements.
6.Direct line leadership experience and able to manage the team to their goals.
7.Understanding of the fundamentals of iterative development.
8.Effective communication skills with the ability to properly communicate to a variety of audiences.
9.Leadership responsibility within cross-functional multi-disciplinary teams of a global matrix organization.
10. High ability to think and act entrepreneurially considering risk and opportunity analysis to compile decision proposals.
11.Experienced within global project business and execution.
12.Team player with exceptional interpersonal skills, such as communication and analytical skills and the ability to lead a global high performing team.
