Position Accountabilities:
? Responsibility for achieving Sales targets
? To work with product team to develop existing clients or potential clients on Land
Transport business include: Domestic Road/ Asia Landbridge/ Eurasia Landbridge in
generating and concluding transportation business opportunities
? Delivers co-ordination of end-to-end business development process:
? Customer interface with the aim to build good customer/corporate relationships
? Pricing / commercial analysis
? Proposal generation
? Close work with branch field sales to develop land opportunities for growth target
? Identification of potential customers and building relationships through proactive &
reactive business proposals
Requirement:
? Passionate; Ambition; Target result driven; Under pressure
? Minimum 2 years’ experience in related industry, Express/Linehaul/LTL/Trucking
platform background is preferred
? Experience in 3PL Contract Management, transportation operation
? Familiar with local logistics market, competition, and customer/product category is
preferred
? Good communication skills and Excellent interpersonal skills
? Ability to work effectively in a customer driven deadline environment
? Own sales distribution channels and customer resources would be an advantage
KPI measurement:
? Target contract/realized revenue fulfillment monthly or quarterly
? Sales call and customer visit daily or weekly
? Qualified RFQ or enquiry weekly and monthly
? Pipeline and sales cloud quality and maintenance
