Position Overview:
Assist the Manager – Warehouse – Logistics Operations in leading and managing warehouse operation staffs in daily warehouse operation in meeting customer expectation and performance service standards through sound management of facilities, personnel and enforcing company policies and SOP.

Position Accountabilities:
1. Smartly utilized warehouse resources to meet customer requirements.
2. Ensure all staffs are trained accordance with operational SOP.
3. Train, motivate and coach the warehouse operators.
4. Closely monitor staff discipline by taking appropriate and timely action for any discipline violation.
5. Lead, motivate and supervise all staff to ensure their performance is aligned to stipulated standards and KPIs.

Relevant Education Background, Hard Skill, Knowledge and Experience:
1. Form 5 and above with minimum 5 years experience in 3rd party logistics service
2. Minimum 2 years of experience in a related capacity
