- Specific Accountabilities
1. Assist project management in terms of coordinating meeting arrangements, meeting minutes, and following up with subsequent summary and analysis work etc.
2. Assist in drafting, reviewing, and organizing various reports and documents, ensuring accuracy and professionalism of information.
3. Participate in or track the progress of key projects, coordinate cross-departmental resources, ensure timely and quality completion of projects, and report project status to the General Manager.
4. Assist with administrative duties related to office renovation, including coordinating requirements, planning layout, overseeing progress, managing suppliers, and ensuring project completion.
- Experience and Skills Required
1. Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Management, Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields.
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English.
3. proficient in using Office software.
4. Outstanding communication and coordination skills.
