Work closely with operations and other teams within the project to meet customers’ requirement and solve daily operational issue.
? To keep day-to-day correspondence and communicate between customer ,oversea offices and shipper/consignee. Provides information and documentation to others timely.
? Timely respond to customer’s queries or request on daily operation.
? Coordinate with related team for booking space and picking up cargo.
? Check on customs clearance documentation, monitor the clearance status Confirm with booking agent for detailed flight information, such as first flight and second lighted and ETA.
? Relay brand-new government relevant policies and customs regulations to customer.
? Verified sales quotation in company system when book the shipments.
? Ensure the accuracy of system transactions and documents creation.
? Offer pre-alert to related parties
? Issue invoice for local charges overseas timely and accurately.
? Track and trace shipments where necessary, i.e. critical orders, delayed orders etc. and communicate progress internally and to customers.
? Liaise with domestic and overseas colleagues and local clients to ensure a smooth air freight shipment handling.
? Provide reports and statistic according to customers’ requirements.
? Handle complaints and claims from customers and to co-ordinate exceptional cases with agents.
? Perform any special duties / projects as assigned by the management.
