崗位職責:
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Create the best IMAGE, balancing commerciality, and the company strategy through a deep analysis of the fashion trends and the store's results.
? Always offer a clear representation of the brand's Image and the up-to-date concepts,
? Be responsible of all the store's image standards.
? Ensure the perfect adaptation of the company guidelines and follow up the details of the merchandising.
? Propose and identify actions to maximize the sales behind a daily analysis of the products, reacting proactively with always a creative approach.
? Support the VC’S development and promote new potentials for new lines.
? Proactive collaboration with the Experience manager to guarantee the proper organization and processes.
REQUIREMENT:
? Team management experience
? Numeric and analytic experience
? Knowledge and experience in organizational effectiveness and operations management University degree
? Good in verbal and written English. Mandarin. Other languages are appreciated.
? Passion for fashion, and details oriented.
? Strong organizational and time management skills -Ability to lead by Example, motivate and develop staff.
? Strong initiative and self-motivation
? Has initiative to identify problems and opportunities to be proactive -Flexibility and problem solving、
? Ability to analysis data
