1. Co-work with OSAT, regular monitoring of assembly related process yield / losses, driving continuously yield/losses improvement at OSATs from mass production to ensure products/process could consistently achieve or exceed the quality goal.
2. Conduct frequent line/process audits for quality compliance to reduce the quality risk.
3. Handling OSAT related quality complains/customer audits in mass production stage, driving problem investigation and corrective & preventive actions with OSAT team to solve the complained issue.
Responsibilities:
1. Managing Supplier manufacturing quality activities and drive improvement actions.
2. Yield monitoring and tracking to achieve and exceed target.
3. Responsible handle of quality complaint, problem solving and follow up of supplier actions.
4. Technical alignment between internal and subcontractor, complete and sign technical contract TTD.
5. Manage supplier audit for quality compliance and new product launch. Driving problem investigations and validate corrective/preventive actions to reduce excursions and NC incidents.
6. Conduct subcontractor related end customer audit and follow up corrective and preventive actions.
7. Conduct OSAT related change management, develop monitoring and measurement systems including ongoing SPC data monitoring and reporting while driving continuous improvement.
8. Lead cross functional team to contain and prevent quality excursions. Other tasks assigned by leaders.
Qualifications:
1. Proficient in supplier management and development on technical aspects including SMT module assembly, molding and sputtering.
2. Analytical problem-solving skills with strong communication and ability to lead cross-functional teams and apply good problem-solving methods.
3. Training and auditor certification to VDA6.16949 and advanced knowledge of QM methods APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, 8D and etc.
4. Able manage frequently travelling to OSATs, check and solve problems on production line.
5. At least 8 years' related experience on SQE or process engineering in semiconductor environment.
6. bachelor's degree or above, Electrical Engineering and /or Industrial & Pro Engineering and /or Mechanical Engineering and/or Material science.
7. Good communication and driving skills. Good English skills both at oral and written. Good team player and work under pressure. Able manage frequently travelling to OSATs. Project management experience is a plus.
