? Ability to develop excellent client’s relationship
? Have worked with manufacturing industry for component parts catered to the 3Cs.
? Familiar with silicone rubber, plastic injection and/or metal precision component non-functional parts.
? Work experience and excellent business relationships with major consumer companies’ commodity decision makers.
? Minimum 8 to 12 years in senior sales role.
? Leadership capabilities, highly motivated by challenges and results driven.
? Outstanding communication and presentation skills, able to network with key leaders/decision makers of targeted companies is essential
Experience with building and developing major International Clients’ Account with company business objectives.
? Strong commercial sense in reports and presentation.
? Establish productive, professional relationships with key commodity personnel on potential and current assigned customer accounts.
? Work with factory team personnel in supporting, servicing and managing resources to meet account performance objectives and customers’ expectations.
? Work on strategies to meet sales target, volume and margin.
? Proactively assessing, clarifying and validating customer’s needs on an on-going basis.
