Role Description:
Organizational Change Management (OCM) /ERP Integration Leader
As an OCM/ERP Integration Leader, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
? Participating to the deployment of ERP systems across CHK, ensuring proper preparation phase and country readiness
? Driving Cutover preparation and Execution for Countries and functions across CHK to ensure smooth execution of the ERP deployment roadmap
? Lead Change Management activities with Area functions, business teams and the IT team, ensuring effective communication and change acceptance
? Contribute to define best practices for ERP Deployment as well as end-user training to ensure a consistent and efficient implementation process
Your Skills and Expertise
? Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited university AND seven (7) years of experience with ERP deployments and supporting SAP Technologies in a private, public, government or military environment
In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:
? Five (5) years OCM experience in a private, public, government or military environment
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
? Strong Change management, communication skills, business and process acumen, as well as analytical skills
? Understanding of and experience in the OCM and Training lifecycles
? Proven Experience in Project Management
? Proven Experience in deploying ERP in a private, public, government or military environment
? Ability to manage complex, matrixed situations across multiple organizational layers and geographies
? Proven ability to successfully influence, negotiate and resolve conflicts
? Strong facilitation skills and the ability to deliver results in both in person and remote work environments
