Recruitment and Interview: Responsible for full-cycle recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring suitable candidates to meet the company's staffing needs.
Training: Develop and conduct training programs. Create training materials and implement training initiatives to enhance employees' skills and knowledge.
HR Policy Improvement: Continuously review and improve the company's personnel policies and procedures to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
Labor, Social Insurance and Welfare Management: Manage labor relations, social insurance, and employee welfare programs to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
Requirements
Education: Must be a graduate from a full-time university, either domestic or international.
Experience: Required to have prior HR experience in large multinational companies.
Skills: Possess strong logical thinking, communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
Work Location: Will be trained in Shanghai and then relocate to work in Hong Kong.
