崗位職責:

1.Take ownership for food safety / EHS responsibility of production department, familiarize the "Food Safety Control List", EHS risks, implement effective daily control plan.
承接生產(chǎn)部的安全生產(chǎn)、食品安全責任，熟悉風險管控清單，實施有效的管控措施。

2.Drive the team to develop a "Production Department 3-year Plan”, including but not limited to 3-year rolling Capex plans, digitalization plan, org development plan.
帶動團隊制定《生產(chǎn)部3年規(guī)劃》，包含擴產(chǎn)、數(shù)字化、組織架構(gòu)規(guī)劃。

3.Disassemble the strategy and implement it into specific action plans.
戰(zhàn)略拆解，落實到具體行動計劃里面。

4.Based on the factory's objectives, develop data-driven goals for departmental EHS, quality, cost/efficiency, delivery, morale, ESG, and other dimensions, and develop specific action plans to ensure the achievement of these goals.
結(jié)合工廠目標，制定部門EHS、質(zhì)量、成本/效率、交付、士氣、ESG等各維度數(shù)據(jù)型目標，并且制定具體行動計劃，確保目標達成。

5.Manage daily operation, deliver both regular & temporary tasks, solve all kinds of problems/crisis need to be closed.
負責生產(chǎn)部日常運營管理，及時完成日常&臨時任務，及時解決出現(xiàn)的各種問題/危機。

6.Establish an effective cross departmental communication and collaboration mechanism to facilitate cooperation with relevant departments such as EHS, planning, procurement, equipment, quality, R&D, HR, finance, IT etc.
建立有效的跨部門溝通協(xié)同機制，拉通與EHS、計劃、采購、設備、質(zhì)量、研發(fā)、HR、財務、行政等相關部門的合作。

7.Develop an annual budget corresponding to KPI goals, update LE quarterly, and ensure effective budget execution.
制定與KPI目標相對應的年度預算，每季度更新一次LE，確保預算有效執(zhí)行。

8.Design a reasonable organizational structure, establish an efficient team.
設計合理的組織架構(gòu)，明確部門人員分工，建立高效團隊。

9.Develop reasonable production plans, material procurement plans, and personnel allocation plans to ensure on-time and accurate delivery.
制定合理的生產(chǎn)計劃、物料采購計劃、人員配置計劃，保證準時準量交付。

10.Organize PMC to regularly review and inventory material inventory, and provide timely warnings and reports to R&O for possible scrap caused by version changes, sales forecast declines, or near expiry dates. For expired/scrapped materials, initiate the scrapping process.
組織PMC定期回顧&盤點物料庫存，對于版本變化/銷量預測下滑/近效期等原因可能產(chǎn)生的報廢及時預警&提報R&O。對于過期/報廢物料，發(fā)起報廢流程。

11.Develop emergency response plans for various unexpected situations, organize drills, and minimize the impact.
制定生產(chǎn)部各類突發(fā)狀況的應急處理方案，組織演練，把可能的突發(fā)狀況的影響降到最低。

12.Establish production management mechanism and develop standardized operating methods, including but not limited to meeting systems, KPI decomposition, team management, daily work lists, frontline personnel incentive mechanisms, etc.
建立完善的生產(chǎn)管理機制，制定標準化運營方法，包括但不限于會議體系、KPI分解、班組管理、日常工作清單、O序列月度考核方案、激勵機制等等。

13.According to loss waste analysis of production department, lead team members to participate in CI continuous improvement, reduce unit costs 5%-10% by year.
編制生產(chǎn)部成本損失分析報告，帶領部門全員參與CI持續(xù)改進工作，逐年降低5%-10%的制造費用。

14.Other tasks arranged by superiors / related departments are completed on time.
上級/關聯(lián)部門安排的其他各項工作按時有序完成。

1.Pharmaceutical / Nutrition supplement / food / FMCG or related industry 8 years’ experience in production / quality / planning / IE related fields.
制藥/營養(yǎng)品/食品/快消品或其他相關行業(yè)生產(chǎn)/質(zhì)量/計劃/IE8年工作經(jīng)驗。

2.At least 3 years production manager working experience.
至少3年生產(chǎn)經(jīng)理工作經(jīng)驗。

3.Multinational corporation experience preferred.
跨國公司工作經(jīng)驗優(yōu)先考慮。

4.Manufacturing operation management knowledge is a must.

5.3 years long term strategic planning capability is a must.
