2. Monitoring Application Servers and Databases: Regularly monitor the daily performance of application servers and databases, analyzing results to identify potential issues.
3. Server Upgrades and Improvements: Implement server upgrades and improvements based on patch reports to enhance system performance and security.
4. IT4U Ticket Management: Address and resolve IT4U tickets in a timely manner, ensuring effective communication and follow-up with users.
5. Compliance Data Updates: Complete application system data updates for platforms such as GEAR, CARMA, and IT4U in accordance with internal compliance requirements.
6. Team Coordination and Administrative Support: Handle daily internal team affairs, including meeting arrangements, work communication, and coordination among team members.
7. Ideally you have previous hands-on experience or understanding with different project methodologies (e.g., Agile)
