- Bachelor degree with major in industrial or engineering related major.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Be familiar with ISO9001,Quality tools, RACA,8D method etc.
熟練掌握ISO9001, 質(zhì)量工具，根本原因分析及糾正預(yù)防措施，8D等
- Be familiar with standard computer skills, SAP is highly preferred.
熟練的電腦操作能力，有SAP使用經(jīng)驗更好。
- Requested knowledge of mechanical (welding, assembly, machining etc.)
in electric (cabling, testing, etc.) would be good， knowledge of
measuring tools.
有電氣（電纜、測試等）、機械（焊接、組裝,機加工等）方面知識，了解測量工具。
- Well-developed technical and process skills, analysis and problem
identification skills.
良好的技術(shù)和過程技能，分析和鑒別問題的技能等。
At least 5 years professional experience in working in quality
department from international companies.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES主要責(zé)任
- Control the quality along the value chain including but not limited
to: Pre Production (WIP), Welding parts, Machining,Assembly, Painting,
Packing , final inspection and testing.
控制質(zhì)量，包括但不限于：焊接件，機加工，裝配，噴漆，包裝，最終檢驗和測試。
- Monitor process quality and responsible for customer quality issues
handling
監(jiān)控過程質(zhì)量，并處理客戶質(zhì)量問題
- Preparing ITP, MDR and FAT report.
編制ITP, MDR及FAT報告
- Process data collect, preparing weekly and monthly report accordingly.
過程數(shù)據(jù)收集，準(zhǔn)備周報，月報
- Drive the improvement of the FPY rate in cooperation with Production
and Engineering
與生產(chǎn)和工程部一起提高產(chǎn)品的一次通過率
- Secure manufacturing/assembly and testing requirements sustainable
established and monitor these in close cooperation with dedicated
working areas, etc.
確保具有可持續(xù)性的制造/組裝、檢驗要求的建立并且監(jiān)控Work with operation and purchasing team to
implement 0 defect strategy for process quality and incoming
quality,Reduce customer claim rate and reduce COPQ
