主要職責(zé):
- 參與云服務(wù)和基礎(chǔ)架構(gòu)項(xiàng)目管理,確保項(xiàng)目和日常運(yùn)維平穩(wěn)過(guò)渡。
- 與客戶緊密合作,理解他們的需求,并提供定制化的服務(wù)解決方案。
- 監(jiān)督項(xiàng)目規(guī)劃、執(zhí)行、監(jiān)控和交付,確保符合服務(wù)水平協(xié)議(SLA)。
- 管理事件(incident)、問(wèn)題(problem)和變更(change)流程,確保快速響應(yīng)和有效解決。
- 協(xié)調(diào)跨職能團(tuán)隊(duì),包括技術(shù)、銷售和客戶支持團(tuán)隊(duì),以確保項(xiàng)目成功。
-- 進(jìn)行風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估和管理,制定應(yīng)對(duì)策略以減輕潛在問(wèn)題。
- 定期向管理層和客戶報(bào)告項(xiàng)目狀態(tài),包括關(guān)鍵績(jī)效指標(biāo)(KPIs)和服務(wù)水平協(xié)議(SLAs)的遵守情況。
- 持續(xù)改進(jìn)服務(wù)交付流程和方法,提高效率和客戶滿意度。
- 管理工程師團(tuán)隊(duì),確保事件得到及時(shí)處理,并提交整理過(guò)的事件報(bào)告。
**職位要求:**
- 計(jì)算機(jī)科學(xué)、信息技術(shù)或相關(guān)領(lǐng)域的學(xué)士學(xué)位。
- 至少5年在IT服務(wù)交付或項(xiàng)目管理領(lǐng)域的工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),具有云服務(wù)交付經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先。
- 熟悉云計(jì)算平臺(tái),如AWS、阿里云或Azure。
- 持有PMP、ITIL或相關(guān)項(xiàng)目管理認(rèn)證者優(yōu)先。
- 強(qiáng)大的技術(shù)背景,能夠理解復(fù)雜的IT架構(gòu)和解決方案。
- 出色的溝通和人際交往能力,能夠與客戶和團(tuán)隊(duì)成員有效溝通。

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Service
Delivery Manager to manage and deliver cloud services and infrastructure
projects. The ideal candidate will have excellent project management skills,
in-depth technical knowledge, and outstanding customer service abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage cloud services and infrastructure projects to ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide customized service solutions.
- Oversee project planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery to ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements(SLAs).
- Manage incident, problem, and change processes to ensure rapid response and effective resolution.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including technical, sales, and customer support teams, to ensure project success.
- Manage client relationships as the primary point of contact and ensure client satisfaction.
- Conduct risk assessment and management to develop mitigation strategies for potential issues.
- Regularly report project status to management and clients, including Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Continuously improve service delivery processes and methods to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Manage the engineering team to ensure incidents are handled promptly and provide well-organized incident reports.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in IT service delivery or project management, with cloud service delivery experience preferred.
- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Holding PMP, ITIL, or related project management certifications is preferred.
- Strong technical background with the ability to understand complex IT architectures and solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with clients and team members.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
