Major responsibilities/duties
? Be responsible for China North Assurance Resource & Operation Management Team. Provide clear direction and focus to ensure teams deliver outputs to a high standard and within expected timeframes.
? Work closely with China North Assurance Leader, Greater China Assurance Operations & Resource Management Partner, Operation Unit Leader / Resource Partner on resource management, provide suggestive feedbacks to better hence resource management.
? Actively manage resource capacity. Identify resource excess / shortage, ensure that resource management presents an accurate forecast of excess capacity or resource needs.
? Coordinate or join various resource management projects and ensure the smooth execution.
? Prepare regular resource management reports or other ad hoc reports for the review by relevant Leaders.
? Ensure the robustness and accuracy of planning and forecasting processes/outputs.
? Coordinate with EYU and Talent Team to arrange staff training and leave application for China North Assurance.
? Provide insight into emerging issues and trends
The position holder will also perform such other responsibilities and tasks as are necessary to achieve the overall position purpose and agreed performance outcomes.
Qualifications, knowledge & experience
? Bachelor Degree or above with relevant experience. Prefers candidate with more than 5 years Audit experiences in Big 4 or Professional Firm, and with financial or operations background is more preferred.
? Excellent people skill and communication skill.
? Excellent project and commercial management skills.
? Sound understanding of the firm’s Service Lines, Go-to-market strategy, and our external market.
? Ability to work successfully as part of a team and to work with multiple stakeholders at all levels.
? Proven ability to manage multiple agendas and always meet demanding time frames.
? Strong interpersonal communication skills, analytical skills and experience in proactive strategic analyses and financial modelling.
