崗位職責(zé):
(1) 負責(zé)地區(qū)油氣裝備的市場開拓,完成區(qū)域市場銷售各項目標(biāo);
Responsible for the market development of Petroleum Equipment in Oil and Gas Field , and achieving sales targets for responsible market region.
(2) 根據(jù)市場信息,市場競爭態(tài)勢,制定團隊業(yè)務(wù)實施計劃;
Responsible for making business implementation plans for saels team based on market information and competition trends.
(3) 負責(zé)為客戶提供產(chǎn)品咨詢、技術(shù)支持或定制個性化解決方案;
Responsible for providing customers with product consulting, technical support, or customized technical solutions.
(4) 海外公司運營與團隊管理。
Overseas company operation and Team management.
任職要求:
(1) 具有良好職業(yè)素養(yǎng)、創(chuàng)新能力強,能為公司解決實際難題,填補空白市場;
Having good professional ethics and strong innovation ability, capable to
solve practical problems for the company and fill in blank markets.
(2 ) 具有銷售防噴器、采油采氣樹、管匯、錄井儀等產(chǎn)品的可靠經(jīng)驗和成就;
Having reliable experience and achievements in selling products such as BOP,
X-mas Tree , Choke and Kill Manifold, and Mud Logging Units.
(3) 熟悉地區(qū)鉆井公司、油公司的運行模式。
Be familiar with the operation mode of Drilling and Oil service companies.
(4) 至少5年以上類似銷售與管理工作經(jīng)驗
At least over 5 years' sales and management working experience.
