1. 處理客戶抱怨Dealing with customer complaints.
a. 負(fù)責(zé)處理客戶抱怨, 會(huì)寫8D報(bào)告,并能及時(shí)地跟進(jìn)整改措施的落實(shí)情況。
Dealing with customer complaints, can write 8D report, and can follow up the progress and implementation of correction actions timely.
b. 能很好的管理所負(fù)責(zé)的產(chǎn)品及客戶,積極主動(dòng)地與客戶溝通,降低客訴的產(chǎn)生。Can manage his responsible products and customers well, positively communicate with customers, reduce the happening of customer complaints.
2. 新產(chǎn)品開發(fā)new project developing
a. 積極參與項(xiàng)目新品開發(fā)所需APQP、試模、PFMEA、控制計(jì)劃的起草和更新,以及準(zhǔn)備并及時(shí)地向客戶提交PPAP文件。
Active participate in new project of APQP/tool trail
run/PFMEA/CP preparation and update, and prepare and
submit PPAP documents to customer.
b. 限度樣品的管理,積極配合項(xiàng)目組制定限度樣品,跟客戶簽訂限度樣品并管理好限度樣品。
Be responsible for boundary sample management, positively cooperate with project team to make boundary sample, and need sign boundary sample with customer and can manage it well.
3. 產(chǎn)品年審product annual audit
a. 依據(jù)公司質(zhì)量文件的要求,負(fù)責(zé)執(zhí)行產(chǎn)品審核工作并配合質(zhì)量部安排其他質(zhì)量審核工作。
Participation of annual product audit and other audit which quality department regulation accord to the company quality requirement.
b. 配合QC量測(cè)室執(zhí)行測(cè)量系統(tǒng)分析工作。
Participate in QC measuring room to implement MSA analysis.

⑴接受過質(zhì)量管理檢驗(yàn)相關(guān)培訓(xùn)包括QC手法等。

⑵接受過16949 ISO90001 ISO14001的培訓(xùn)。
Got the training of 16949 ISO9001 ISO 14001.
3.工作經(jīng)驗(yàn) working experience
五年以上質(zhì)量管理工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
Least 5 years above quality management working experience.
4.技能技巧working skill
⑴熟悉機(jī)械圖紙,具有一定的獨(dú)立工作能力。
Good skill in machining drawing reading. Independent working capability to deal with event.
⑵對(duì)PPAP,SPC,MSA,APQP,FMEA,CP有一定了解。
Known in PPAP/SPC/MSA/APQP/FMEA/CP.
⑶會(huì)使用常用的統(tǒng)計(jì)方法。
Is able to use method of quality statistics.
