Fully own whole ggroup QA system and relevant management as well as interfacing with all KA clients in quality assurance aspects;
Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with ISO 9001 standards or industry-specific quality standards.
Establish quality policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure consistency and compliance across all manufacturing processes.
Regulatory Compliance:
Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements, standards, and certifications applicable to the manufacturing industry (e.g., ISO, ANPQP, etc.).
Monitor changes in regulations and standards, and update quality management practices accordingly.
Quality Assurance Processes:
Develop and implement quality assurance processes, including incoming inspection, in-process inspections, final product inspection, and non-conformance management.
Conduct audits and assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of quality systems and identify areas for improvement.
Supplier Quality Management:
Collaborate with procurement and supply chain teams to establish supplier quality requirements and performance metrics.
Conduct supplier audits, evaluations, and corrective actions to ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications.
Continuous Improvement:
Lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize manufacturing processes, reduce defects, and enhance product quality and reliability.
Implement Lean Six Sigma methodologies, root cause analysis, and statistical process control (SPC) techniques to drive quality improvements.
Customer Quality Management:
Interface with customers to address quality concerns, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Establish mechanisms for collecting and analyzing customer feedback, complaints, and quality performance metrics.
Training and Development:
Provide training and development programs to enhance the quality awareness and competencies of manufacturing personnel.
Foster a culture of quality excellence and accountability throughout the organization.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
Analyze quality data, trends, and metrics to identify areas of improvement and drive data-driven decision-making.
Prepare and present quality performance reports, dashboards, and metrics to senior management.
