What this job involves
1.負(fù)責(zé)所有設(shè)施設(shè)備的預(yù)防性維護(hù)體系維護(hù)及執(zhí)行。
2.制定所有設(shè)施設(shè)備系統(tǒng)的月度維護(hù)、季度維護(hù)、半年度維護(hù)、年度維護(hù)計(jì)劃，并跟據(jù)系統(tǒng)的運(yùn)行的生命周期給與延長(zhǎng)壽命的方案。
3.處理設(shè)施設(shè)備如暖通系統(tǒng)、高低壓電氣系統(tǒng)、消防系統(tǒng)、各類特種設(shè)備出現(xiàn)的緊急情況，在設(shè)備故障發(fā)生時(shí)能有效時(shí)間進(jìn)行分析和判斷，控制事態(tài)擴(kuò)大，對(duì)運(yùn)行維護(hù)數(shù)據(jù)能進(jìn)行分析處理，并尋找資源，盡快解決。
4.每天檢查關(guān)鍵環(huán)境中的設(shè)施運(yùn)行狀態(tài)，以發(fā)現(xiàn)任何異常情況，立即時(shí)安排維修。
5.應(yīng)客戶的要求對(duì)家具、燈具、電力、插座等小規(guī)模的修理作業(yè)。
6.協(xié)調(diào)和監(jiān)督每周的任何維修和維護(hù)作業(yè)。
7.月度總結(jié)，匯總當(dāng)月完成維護(hù)維保和維修的情況。
8.根據(jù)設(shè)施設(shè)備的運(yùn)營(yíng)情況，年度分析其狀態(tài)，并制定長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)的生命周期的維保和保養(yǎng)。
9.根據(jù)豐富的經(jīng)驗(yàn)，提出現(xiàn)場(chǎng)缺陷整改或者節(jié)能減排方案。
10.根據(jù)客戶需求負(fù)責(zé)制定小項(xiàng)目改造需求方案以及項(xiàng)目驗(yàn)收。
11.對(duì)客戶現(xiàn)場(chǎng)所有外包的Hard-Service供應(yīng)商定期維保的對(duì)接和管理
12.根據(jù)客戶EHS的要求和相關(guān)國(guó)家規(guī)范，確保現(xiàn)場(chǎng)所有的工作符合相關(guān)規(guī)定。
13.全力協(xié)助客戶現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的其他需求。
