What this job involves
Responsible for internal coordination and data analysis.
Coordination of service support such as Technicians, Janitorial and Security Teams
Assist with operational reporting, budgeting, financial systems and purchasing.
Monitor vendors' daily operation and performance to ensure meet clients’ needs.
Supervise the housekeeping staff and ensure that the facility is a clean and hygienic place to work in.
Act as the front desk lead and trainer for new receptionist and Facilities Assistant.
Keep good communication with landlord and schedule monthly meetings with the landlord.
Coordination of local employee experience activations, events set ups and meeting support.
Manage MAC (move and change) and support projects.
Research and resolve vendor payment issues.
Participate in emergency evacuation procedures including crisis management and business continuity.
Support space management when necessary.
Back up for mail room or reception service when necessary.
Interested?62 An ideal candidate would need to have the following qualifications
Ideal Experience
University Degree with strong interpersonal skills
Good at documentation, and MS software
Over 2 years’ experience in managing facilities preferred
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese languages.
Outstanding customer service skills with the ability and confidence in communicating to customers at all levels.
