英語加貿(mào)企業(yè)AEO認(rèn)證項(xiàng)目管理海關(guān)事務(wù)
崗位職責(zé):
職責(zé)：
1、負(fù)責(zé)管理和協(xié)調(diào)部門的各個(gè)項(xiàng)目，確保項(xiàng)目結(jié)果符合公司預(yù)期。
Be responsible for managing and coordinating various projects of the department to ensure that project results meet the company
s expectations.
2、負(fù)責(zé)公司原材料 / 產(chǎn)品在加貿(mào)企業(yè)和海關(guān)特殊監(jiān)管區(qū)的進(jìn)出口合規(guī)管理。
Be responsible for the import and export compliance management of the company
s raw materials /products in processing trade enterprises and special customs supervision areas.
3、負(fù)責(zé) AEO 海關(guān)高級(jí)認(rèn)證的內(nèi)審和海關(guān)復(fù)核工作的組織安排及實(shí)施，確保海關(guān)復(fù)核順利通過。
Be responsible for the organization, arrangement and implementation of internal audits and customs review work for AEO (Authorized Economic Operator) high - level customs certification, ensuring the smooth passing of customs review.
4、負(fù)責(zé)持續(xù)優(yōu)化改善部門的工作流程和系統(tǒng)流程。
Be responsible for continuously optimizing and improving the department
s work processes and system processes.
5、支持公司其他部門在進(jìn)出口方面的需求。
Support other departments of the company in terms of import and export requirements.
任職要求:
要求：
1、7 年以上關(guān)務(wù)相關(guān)工作的管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)或項(xiàng)目管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)，具備 AEO 海關(guān)高級(jí)認(rèn)證審核實(shí)施經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先。
Have more than 7 years of management experience or project management experience related to customs affairs, and those with AEO high - level customs certification audit implementation experience are preferred.
2、熟悉項(xiàng)目管理的相關(guān)工作方法、實(shí)施流程及管理工具。
Be familiar with relevant work methods, implementation processes and management tools of project management.
3、熟悉加貿(mào)企業(yè)和海關(guān)特殊監(jiān)管區(qū)的進(jìn)出口法律法規(guī)者優(yōu)先。
Those who are familiar with the import and export laws and regulations of processing trade enterprises and special customs supervision areas are preferred.
4、流暢的英語溝通能力、表達(dá)能力。
Have fluent English communication and expression abilities.
