外貿(mào)采購(gòu)英語(yǔ)電子元器件電子設(shè)備尋源供應(yīng)商管理成品組裝
崗位職責(zé):
工作職責(zé)：
1、元件成本研究與優(yōu)化：通過(guò)整合采購(gòu)渠道對(duì)元件成本進(jìn)行研究 / 優(yōu)化。
Component cost study / optimize by consolidating buying channels.
2、成本降低支持：在元件層面實(shí)現(xiàn)成本降低以支持模塊級(jí)別的成本節(jié)約。
Cost reduction down to component level in supporting module level cost saving.
3、交期管理相關(guān)工作：進(jìn)行元件層面的交貨期談判 / 縮短 / 分析以及進(jìn)度提前（支持）。
Component level LT negotiation / shorten / analysis + schedule pull in (support).
4、合同審查工作：進(jìn)行（直至元件層面的）合同審查。
Contract review (down to component level).
5、元件制造商開(kāi)發(fā)與尋找：尋找元件層面的制造商。
Component level manufacturer approaching / scouting.
6、元件跨項(xiàng)目與 BOM 研究分析：對(duì)元件進(jìn)行跨項(xiàng)目 / BOM 研究和分析（應(yīng)用 / 品牌 / 分銷商 / 成本 / 市場(chǎng)趨勢(shì)等）。
Component cross projects / BOM study and analysis (application / brands / distributors / cost / market trend etc.).
7、高級(jí)市場(chǎng)研究與分享：進(jìn)行高級(jí)別市場(chǎng)研究或分享（主要針對(duì)半導(dǎo)體行業(yè)）。
High level market study or sharing (mainly on semi-conductor industry).
8、設(shè)計(jì)初期參與支持：在設(shè)計(jì)階段早期參與（快速樣品支持 / 基本層面的設(shè)計(jì)支持）。
Early involvement during design in phase (quick sample support / design in support – basic level).
9、元件風(fēng)險(xiǎn)采購(gòu)分析：對(duì)不同項(xiàng)目的元件風(fēng)險(xiǎn)采購(gòu)進(jìn)行分析。
Component risk buy analysis across different projects.
10、供應(yīng)商體系建設(shè)：為電子電氣元件建立 EL 自有供應(yīng)商基礎(chǔ)，并逐步與主要供應(yīng)商建立戰(zhàn)略合作伙伴關(guān)系。
Establish EL owned supplier base for EE components and gradually have strategic partnership of major ones.
任職要求:
職位要求：
1、學(xué)歷要求：本科或本科以上學(xué)歷。
Bachelor degree or above
2、工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)：在采購(gòu)領(lǐng)域有 8 年以上工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
8 years + working experience in sourcing area.
3、具備較強(qiáng)的英語(yǔ)溝通能力和報(bào)告撰寫技能。
Strong English communication skills and reporting skills.
4、供應(yīng)商資源網(wǎng)絡(luò)：在不同品牌的不同渠道上擁有堅(jiān)實(shí)的電子電氣（EE）元件現(xiàn)有供應(yīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)。
A solid existing network on EE components with different channels of different brands.
5、專業(yè)技能：具備電子電氣元件的數(shù)據(jù)分析、市場(chǎng)調(diào)研、市場(chǎng)研究技能。
Skills in data analysis / market scouting / market study on EE components.
6、知識(shí)領(lǐng)域：熟悉表面貼裝技術(shù)（SMT）/ 裸板制造、電路板設(shè)計(jì)和原型制作、元件制造工藝優(yōu)先。
Knowledge (at a basic level) of board design in / prototypes and component fabrication process is preferred.
7、合同審查思維：具備對(duì)元件供應(yīng)商（二級(jí)供應(yīng)商）合同審查的思維。
Mindset of contract reviewing for component suppliers (T2).
8、有合同制造商（CM）管理的知識(shí)和經(jīng)驗(yàn)、了解機(jī)械工程（沖壓、數(shù)控、注塑、橡膠）/ 資本性支出（工具、夾具、最終測(cè)試設(shè)備和機(jī)器）為加分項(xiàng)。
Knowledge and experience of CM management and ME (stamping, CNC, injection,Rubber) / CAPEX (tooling / fixtures / final testers and machines) is a plus.
9、個(gè)人素質(zhì)：積極主動(dòng)、做事精準(zhǔn)且具備團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神，具備邏輯思維能力。

PS：職位潛在職責(zé)：此職位可能需要負(fù)責(zé)部分機(jī)械工程類商品，并有可能轉(zhuǎn)型承擔(dān)合同制造商管理角色。
Such position may need to take care of part of the ME commodities and bear potential also to move as a CM management role.
