1、制定新產(chǎn)品開發(fā)時間表,監(jiān)控開發(fā)狀態(tài)并跟進(jìn)以確保按時開發(fā)。
Define new product development schedule, monitor development status and follow up to ensure development on time.
2、作為陸遜梯卡(Tristar)團(tuán)隊與意大利 / 美國 / 印度團(tuán)隊之間的聯(lián)絡(luò)窗口,用英語進(jìn)行有效及時的溝通,并跟蹤圖紙(DWG)/ 樣品評論。
As the contact window between Tristar team and Italian/American/Indian team, communicate effectively and timely in English, keep trace DWG/sample comment.
3、每周與意大利團(tuán)隊召開會議,討論并協(xié)調(diào)未解決的問題,確保所有團(tuán)隊保持一致。
Holding weekly meeting with Italy team to discuss and align open points, to keep all the team in the same page.
4、跟進(jìn)重要會議的樣品進(jìn)度,確保樣品順利產(chǎn)出。
Follow up important meeting sample schedule, make sure sample output smoothly.
5、每周撰寫開發(fā)報告。
Make weekly development report.
6、以熱情和樂觀的態(tài)度與團(tuán)隊合作,具備良好的溝通技巧和強(qiáng)烈的責(zé)任感。
Work with teams in passion and optimistic attitude, skilled in communication, strong responsibility.
任職要求:
任職要求:
1、本科及以上學(xué)歷。
Bachelor degree or above.
2、英語聽說讀寫流利,大學(xué)英語四級或以上。
Fluent verbal and written English, CET4 or above.
3、熟練使用 Excel、PowerPoint,具備良好的數(shù)據(jù)分析技能。
Proficient with Excel, Powerpoint, good data analysis skills.
4、有 2 年或以上相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗。
