崗位職責(zé):
候選人將負(fù)責(zé)在全球物流部門內(nèi)部支持分析和項(xiàng)目的實(shí)施與維護(hù)，從數(shù)據(jù)收集階段到清理和可視化階段。他/她將與團(tuán)隊(duì)合作，確保數(shù)據(jù)被收集、處理并以正確的方式呈現(xiàn)給物流部門內(nèi)外的不同利益相關(guān)者。此外，職責(zé)還包括：
The candidate will be responsible for supporting implementation and maintenance of analytics projects inside the global logistics function, from the data collection phase to the cleaning and visualization ones. He/she will work with the team to ensure data is gathered, manipulated and presented in the right way to different stakeholders, inside and outside logistics.
A: 保持對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)可視化和分析技術(shù)的最新了解和掌握最新的方法論。
Stay up-to-date with the latest data visualization and analytics technologies and methodologies.
B: 與物流和供應(yīng)鏈團(tuán)隊(duì)合作實(shí)施分析流程并監(jiān)控結(jié)果。
Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to implement analytics streams and monitor outcomes.
C: 與整個(gè)組織內(nèi)的利益相關(guān)者合作，利用公司數(shù)據(jù)來識(shí)別并推動(dòng)實(shí)現(xiàn)業(yè)務(wù)解決方案的機(jī)會(huì)。
Work with stakeholders throughout the organization to identify opportunities for leveraging company data to drive business solutions.
任職要求:
1、大學(xué)本科或以上，數(shù)據(jù)分析或物流管理專業(yè)優(yōu)先。
Bachelor degree or above, with majors in data analysis or logistics management preferred.
2、英語聽說讀寫熟練，通過大學(xué)英語六級(jí)優(yōu)先。
Proficient in English listening, speaking, reading and writing, and those who have passed CET-6 are preferred.
3、熟練使用Excel、PowerBI和PPT，有良好的數(shù)據(jù)分析能力。
Skilled in using Excel, PowerBI and PPT, with good data analysis capabilities.
4、善于跨部門溝通，有責(zé)任心，對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)敏感者優(yōu)先。
Good at cross-departmental communication, responsible, and those who are sensitive to data are preferred.
