崗位職責(zé):
? Supporting the development of short to long-term organizational strategy.
? Develop annual strategic planning schedule and organize implementation.
? Managing and contributing to strategic projects utilizing problem solving frameworks.
? Defining problems and strategic solutions - scoping, analyzing, preparing, and presenting
strategy checks.
? Conducting research and analyses of operational effectiveness, processes, etc.
? Aligning departmental goals, processes, and resource allocation with the organizational strategy.
? Planning, implementing, and managing proposed recommendations and projects.
? Initiate and organize meetings internally to relay insights into customer behavior, market trends,
and emerging technologies that could impact the company
s business by collecting insights from
all departments and discussing them as a group.
? Identifying issues, developing hypotheses, and communicating insights and recommendations to
key decision makers.
? Coordinate various departments of the company to reach consensus on company strategy.
? Organize the drafting of company strategic reports and annual operating reports.
? Supporting the preparation of strategic business cases and presentation material.
? Monitoring and reporting on strategic projects
任職要求:
1. Bachelor
s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field. MBA preferred.
2. Excellent project management and communication skills.
3. Familiar with strategy define process, Huawei ‘Strategy DSTE’ experience preferred.
4. Skills required to create proposals and find solutions.
5. Excellent organizational skills to meet goals and set priorities.
6. Be proactive, organized and handle work under stressful and uncertain environments。
7. Willing to accept new things and have a passion for continuous learning.
