DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES: ? Support in the development, co-ordination and management of the delivery of soft services such as cleaning, catering, reception, helpdesk, stationary, pantry, shuttle bus , landscaping, space management, administration support and etc. ? Drive RE budget forecast and space management to meet the HC growth. ? Conduct regular performance reviews and continuous improvement for the services providers; Update IFM SOP accordingly. ? Ensure compliance with health and safety standards; ? Support procurement team on contract negotiation to ensure quality of service delivery and cost efficiency; ? Validate completed work by vendors and verify payment and invoicing; ? Work closely and effectively with users to provide a high-quality customer focused service; ? Initiate the detailed actions which related SHS RE standard request on the soft services. ? Fit-out management, including collecting requirements of stakeholders and coordinating with relative suppliers, controlling the project budget and ensure the timely delivery. ? Other tasks assigned by line Mgr. JOB REQUIREMENTS: ? Bachelor or above degree. ? At least 8 years soft service experience. ? Excellent communication skills with all levels of organization. ? Solid experience on project management and change management, excellent analytical, problem solving and influential skills, certificate on PMP would be a plus ? Decoration & reconstruction in admin experience would be a plus. ? Factory soft service experience would be a plus. ? Multi-task handling and can work under pressure ? Highly self-motivated, good working attitude with a high level of professionalism and integrity ? Fluent in English, both oral and written.
