主要工作職責(zé)：

• Be responsible for medical strategy and tactic plan and medical input in brand strategy to maximize product`s value;
• Engage in the medical tactics actively in assigned therapeutic area including medical affairs, CMEs, advisory boards, KOL development, scientific reviews, Investigator Initiated Trials, phase III study etc.;
• Develop relationships and engage national KOLs in scientific activities to ensure medical contribution;
• Manage the medical training and share the update literature with business team accordingly to ensure medical knowledge of internal customer;
• Review promotional materials and any other documents related to medical content to ensure medical compliance;
• Assess for new product in BD stage.

任職要求：

• Master degree or above in clinical medicine, doctor degree is preferred;
• Major related to the assigned therapeutic area is preferred;
• Clinical practice is mandatory, and more than 3 years’ experience as a clinical doctor is preferred;
• More than 3 years medical affairs working experience in pharmaceutical company, more than 5 years is preferred;
• Competence in solving complicated problems;
• Good communication and cooperation skill;
• Good English oral and writing skills, be proficient in office software.
