Job Description:

1. Be responsible for data analysis;

2. Develop the bioinformatics tools and algorithms to assist customers in solving technical barriers;

3. Design proteins/enzymes based on AI methods;

4. Fine-tuning AI models based on in-house experimental data;

5. Develop new AI models to guide protein/enzyme design.

Qualifications:

1. MS Degree in bioinformatics or bachelor degree with at least two years of hands-on experience on programming;

2. Hand-on experience on data analysis;

3. Proficiency in Python (preferred)/Java/C++/R;

4. Highly preferable if the candidate has experience in machine learning and AI;

5. Preferable if the candidate has experience in protein/enzyme design, optimization and analysis;

6. Preferable if the candidate has experience in data mining and algorithm development;

7. Proactively participating in collaborative and innovative projects;

8. Having a keen sense of responsibility, self-motivation, and good communication and teamwork skill.
