任職要求:
- 本科及以上學(xué)歷,市場營銷、國際經(jīng)濟(jì)與貿(mào)易、物流管理等相關(guān)專業(yè)。
- 至少3年的電商銷售經(jīng)驗。
- 熟悉跨境電商物流流程和市場,了解相關(guān)法律法規(guī)。
- 具備出色的商務(wù)談判技巧和客戶服務(wù)意識。
- 能夠獨(dú)立工作,同時具備團(tuán)隊合作精神。
- 良好的中英文溝通能力,CET-6或同等水平。

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement
sales strategies to increase market share and customer base.
- Identify and develop new potential
customers, particularly those with business dealings on e-commerce
platforms.
- Maintain and develop
existing customer relationships, providing customized logistics solutions
to meet their needs.
- Lead and manage the sales
team to ensure team members meet individual and team sales targets.
- Collaborate with the
marketing department to participate in market research and product
positioning to better meet market demands.
- Regularly analyze sales
data and market trends to provide strategic recommendations for the
company.
- Participate in setting

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or
above in Marketing, International Economics and Trade, Logistics
Management, or related fields.
- At least 3 years of sales
experience in e-commerce.
- Familiar with the process
and market of cross-border e-commerce logistics, and understanding of relevant
laws and regulations.
- Excellent business
negotiation skills and customer service awareness.
- Ability to work
independently and with a team spirit.
- Good communication skills
in both Chinese and English, CET-6 or equivalent level.
- Ability to adapt to travel
and flexible working hours.
