General Responsibilities 主要工作職責(zé)
Daily shipment operation & rate inquiry in Project team.
負(fù)責(zé)日常項(xiàng)目部操作以及詢報(bào)價(jià)處理。
Detailed Responsibilities 具體工作職責(zé)
Follow up routing order from overseas office..
密切注意國外DSV辦公室的新訂單。
Contact supplier and advise the shipment status to overseas office.
聯(lián)系國內(nèi)發(fā)貨人確認(rèn)貨好時(shí)間并將更新信息給國外辦公室。
Reserve the space & equipment with carriers.
和船公司確認(rèn)倉位和箱子。
Issue the HBL as per oversea office instruction and follow up the MBL with carrier.
根據(jù)國外指示開具HBL以及跟蹤船公司的MBL。
Ensure complete and correct data input in operation system.
確保操作系統(tǒng)中錄入的信息完整并且正確。
Ensure complete the billing to overseas office and local shipper in due time as per the quotation
根據(jù)之前報(bào)價(jià)及時(shí)開票給國外辦公室以及當(dāng)?shù)匕l(fā)貨人
Ensure file is hand over to supervisor for close by due date.
確保按時(shí)把文件提交給主管安排關(guān)賬。
Other tasks assigned by manager.
完成其他由經(jīng)理分配的任務(wù)。
Qualifications
College graduate, major in related is preferable
大專以上學(xué)歷，物流相關(guān)專業(yè)優(yōu)先考慮
Knowledge of ocean import 海運(yùn)進(jìn)口知識
Familiar with MS office 熟練掌握辦公軟件
Good English in reading and writing 良好的英語讀寫能力
