New Business Development: Research and identify new business opportunities, including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, products and services.
新業(yè)務開發(fā):研究和識別新的商業(yè)機會,包括新市場、增長領域、趨勢、客戶、產(chǎn)品和服務。
Continuously build up a strong sales pipeline using (MSD) to meet sales growth and KPIs guided from the company.
使用Microsoft Dynamics (MSD) 不斷建立強大的銷售機會并加以管理,以實現(xiàn)公司指導的銷售增長預期指標和各項考核指標。
Engage in cold calling and customer engagement to increase leads and potential sales contacts.
投身于電話銷售、參加同行和物流相關的展會以增加銷售機會和潛在的客戶聯(lián)系方式。
Customer Retention: Develop and implement customer retention to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
客戶維系和保留:開發(fā)并維系好現(xiàn)有客戶以確保高水平的客戶滿意度。
Act as the primary commercial point of contact for assigned accounts, addressing any issues or concerns and ensuring they receive high-quality service in close collaboration with operations internally.

Business Expansion: Analyze assigned existing accounts to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

Work closely with the product teams to tailor offerings to meet the accounts needs and capitalize on expansion opportunities.

Collaboration and Networking: Collaborate with internal teams; including marketing, tender, products, branch and The Red Carpet Service team to align on business strategies and goals.

Qualifications
College graduate, major in related is preferable.
大專以上學歷,物流相關專業(yè)優(yōu)先考慮。
1-3 years working experience in global forwarders, with 1 year or above sales experience.
1-3年或以上全球性貨代公司工作經(jīng)驗,至少從事一年以上銷售崗位。
Knowledge of ocean and air product, both import and export.
熟知空海運費產(chǎn)品及進出口流程。
Familiar with MS office.
熟練掌握辦公軟件。
Good English in reading and writing.
良好的英語讀寫能力。
