Detailed Responsibilities 具體工作職責(zé):
· Build up and maintain a pipeline in Sales Force in accordance with company guidelines.
根據(jù)公司規(guī)定在銷售管理系統(tǒng)內(nèi)建立潛在客戶群/銷售機(jī)會(huì),并對(duì)其進(jìn)行維護(hù)。
· Minimum sales meetings per week, as per company guidelines (subject to change).
根據(jù)公司規(guī)定每周拜訪客戶,完成最低拜訪量(可變)。
· Gain new business and new trade lanes from existing customers.
贏得新客戶和現(xiàn)在客戶新業(yè)務(wù)。
· All activities on new, existed and potential customers including service lines must be listed in Sales Force.
使用銷售管理系統(tǒng)記錄所有對(duì)新客戶,現(xiàn)有客戶和潛在客戶的銷售行為。
· Plan sales activities in advance so ensure efficient and effective time management.
提前計(jì)劃銷售行為以確保高效的時(shí)間管理。
· Weekly presentation of pipeline and activities using Sales Force (dashboard) to management
使用銷售管理系統(tǒng)向上級(jí)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)展示每周的新銷售機(jī)會(huì)和銷售行為。
· List account information, contact details, meeting schedules, opportunities and service lines as well as visiting reports in accordance with company guidelines.
根據(jù)公司規(guī)定使用銷售管理系統(tǒng)記錄客戶信息,聯(lián)系方式,會(huì)議時(shí)間,銷售機(jī)會(huì),業(yè)務(wù)信息和會(huì)議記錄。
· Claim customers timely and in accordance with company guidelines.
根據(jù)公司規(guī)定及時(shí)認(rèn)領(lǐng)客戶。
· Establish strong relationships to customers as well as colleagues.
跟客戶和同事建立良好的關(guān)系。
· Submit monthly expense reports in accordance with company guidelines.
根據(jù)公司規(guī)定月度申請(qǐng)報(bào)銷。
· Responsible for assisting in collecting of payment from customers in accordance with company guidelines.

· Share relevant market intelligence with product and sales management to ensure consistent competitiveness.
與產(chǎn)品部門和銷售經(jīng)理分享市場(chǎng)信息以確保公司的持續(xù)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。
· Involvement of product specialists, customers service, RDMs or/and management.
積極參與涉及產(chǎn)品,客服,航線或管理相關(guān)的活動(dòng)。
· Other tasks assigned by management.

Qualifications
· College graduate, major in related is preferable.
大專以上學(xué)歷,物流相關(guān)專業(yè)優(yōu)先考慮。
· Minimum 3 years working experience in global forwarders, with 1 year or above sales experience.
三年或以上全球性貨代公司工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),至少?gòu)氖乱荒暌陨箱N售崗位。
· Knowledge of ocean and air product, both import and export.
熟知空海運(yùn)費(fèi)產(chǎn)品及進(jìn)出口流程。
· Familiar with MS office.
熟練掌握辦公軟件。
· Good English in reading and writing.
良好的英語讀寫能力。
