New Business Development: Research and identify new business opportunities, including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, products and services.

Continuously build up a strong sales pipeline using (MSD) to meet sales growth and KPIs guided from the company.

Engage in cold calling and customer engagement to increase leads and potential sales contacts.

Customer Retention: Develop and implement customer retention to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Act as the primary commercial point of contact for assigned accounts, addressing any issues or concerns and ensuring they receive high-quality service in close collaboration with operations internally.

Qualifications
College’s degree or higher (preferred related to business administration, marketing or a related field).

Sales development and/or freight forwarding experience is preferred – but not a must.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with an ability to interact effectively with a range of stakeholders.
