General Responsibilities 主要工作職責(zé)
1. Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve sales growth.
識別和開發(fā)新的商業(yè)機(jī)會以實(shí)現(xiàn)銷售業(yè)績增長。
2. Maintain and strengthen relationships with assigned existing accounts to ensure customer retention and business growth.
維持并加強(qiáng)與現(xiàn)有銷售客戶的關(guān)系，保證現(xiàn)有客戶的維系和保留。
3. Reach new and existing business sales KPIs and budget guidelines from the company.
達(dá)到公司新的和現(xiàn)有的業(yè)務(wù)銷售關(guān)鍵績效指標(biāo)和預(yù)算目標(biāo)。
4. Constantly update CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system (Microsoft Dynamics)
及時更新CRM（客戶關(guān)系管理）系統(tǒng)（Microsoft Dynamics）
Education & Working Experience 教育背景及工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)
1. College’s degree or higher (preferred related to business administration, marketing or a related field).
大學(xué)或更高學(xué)歷（工商管理、市場營銷或相關(guān)領(lǐng)域優(yōu)先）。
2. Sales development and/or freight forwarding experience is preferred – but not a must.
具有貨代行業(yè)銷售或業(yè)務(wù)開發(fā)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先。
3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with an ability to interact effectively with a range of stakeholders.
出色的溝通、談判和人際交往能力，能夠與一系列利益相關(guān)者有效互動。
4. Ability and interest in identifying and develop new business opportunities.
具備識別和開發(fā)新商機(jī)的能力和興趣。
5. Capability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
能夠獨(dú)立工作并同時管理多個項(xiàng)目。
6. Willingness to travel in the assigned domestic region to meet business needs.
愿意根據(jù)客戶會議和團(tuán)隊管理的需要出差（國內(nèi)和海外）。
7. Good English verbal, reading and writing communication skills.
良好的英語口語、閱讀和寫作溝通能力。
