Job Responsibilities:
?Being our in house HR expert for your country, and handling all complex people related matters as they may relate to the EOR employee lifecycle at CDP
?Provide employment advice and support to employees and dispatched workers
?Provide support to the company in ensuring adequate working conditions, etc
?Notification of employment of workers to the dispatch destination/client
?Work with the local partner to ensure successful client/worker day to day management of all client accounts.
?Manages ongoing contractual relationships and operational delivery of services to clients for a group of accounts. Serves as the primary point of contact with clients and ensure clients satisfaction.
?Manages the delivery of contracted services to clients to ensure that SLA (service level agreements) and KPI as defined in the relevant contracts are met or exceeded maintains tight control over the project schedule, risks, scope of work and budget; ensures understanding of client requirements. Builds and maintains strong client relationships and provides day-to-day client advices and supports.
?Promotes the organization's capabilities to clients, identifies sales opportunities to be forwarded to the pre-sales managers or additional business within the account(s).
Job Requirements:
?Deep knowledge of local labor law is a must specifically for Europe countries
?Strong analytical skills: identify, scope and resolve complex and sensitive HR issues
?Data driven: you challenge status quo and strive to improve response times and employee experience
?Fluent English with good communication skills
?Should be a team player and open to challenges
