1. Responsible for management the current clients and negotiation with potential clients ensure that we could find a new business chance, including deep sales and new business. 2. Work out the project pricing and analysis in accordance to require of the client through internal communication. 3. Jointly work with operation team to develop additional valued and offer solutions for customers. 4. Lead a biding conference to satisfy the client's requirement, to achieve target cost as well. Follow all process of agreement signature. 5. Organized the project kick off and tracked the whole implement through internal communication. 6. Prospect, identify and grow new customers from wide range of industries including FMCG, Retail, Manufacturing, Chemical and Automotive. 7. Effectively manage the daily work and focus on complains from clients. 8. Support all commercial development opportunities including new business ventures, joint-venture support and business model creation. 9. Responsible for the project operation analysis, support the commercial director to complete the project budget, timely grasp the customer requirement ensure to match budget 10. Actively participate in conference and appropriate trade associations
EXPERIENCE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
1. Bachelor and Master degree in relevant field. 2. 2+ years of relevant 3PL or supply chain work experience. Strong preference for candidates with contract logistics experience for FMCG and chemical industry. 3. Highest level of professional and personal integrity as well as business ethics. 4. Bi-lingual in Mandarin and English with native fluency in Mandarin required. 5. Excellent oral/written communication skills including working in team environment. 6. Minimum of 2 years experience in key account management and operation management background. Experience with domestic 3pl market for both transportation and warehousing are preferred. 7. Approximately 30% business trip required. 8. Self motivated with proven ability to contribute to new ventures.
