Key Responsibilities:
? Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL processes to support supply chain analytics.

? Work closely with multi-functional teams, including data scientists, analysts, and IT, to integrate data solutions.
? Monitor performance and solve issues within the data infrastructure.
? Ensure data quality, integrity, and security across all data sources and platforms.
? Drive initiatives to improve data accessibility and usability for supply chain decision-makers.
? Implement best practices in data engineering, including coding standards, testing, and documentation.
? Stay ahead with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve our data engineering practices.

Key Requirements:
? Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in quantitative fields, e.g. Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
? 6+ years demonstrable experience in data engineering, with a focus on supply chain management.
? Proven track record of leading successful data engineering projects.
? Proficiency in SQL, Python, and other data pipeline tools.
? Good experience with ERP (SAP, Oracle) and knowledge of data warehousing solutions like AWS, etc.
? Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI, etc.
? Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
? Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical partners.
? Good command of English & Mandarin.
