Responsibilities:
1. Initiate product developments: investigate new ideas, prepare evaluation report / start papers, compile customer requirements, create business plan and develop marketing concept.啟動(dòng)產(chǎn)品開發(fā)項(xiàng)目:調(diào)查研究新的概念,準(zhǔn)備評(píng)估報(bào)告,梳理客戶要求,制定業(yè)務(wù)計(jì)劃和市場(chǎng)定位。
2. Seeking new market opportunities within the company’s distinctive competence在公司的能力范圍內(nèi)尋求新的市場(chǎng)機(jī)會(huì)。
3. Analyzing product performance and sales figures.分析產(chǎn)品市場(chǎng)表現(xiàn)和銷售數(shù)據(jù)。
4. Maintaining the product family roadmap.維護(hù)產(chǎn)品系列路線圖。
5. Competitive analysis.競(jìng)爭(zhēng)分析。
6. Monitoring the implementation of product projects.監(jiān)控產(chǎn)品項(xiàng)目的實(shí)施計(jì)劃。
7. Initiate and contribute to product launch activities. Propose communication strategy. Anticipate and realize communication interface with rest of group (Sales, Marketing, etc.).Positioning the product for markets and all buyers.啟動(dòng)并參與產(chǎn)品發(fā)布活動(dòng)。 提出產(chǎn)品的溝通策略,作為與集團(tuán)其他部門(銷售,市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷等)的溝通接口,確定產(chǎn)品定位。
8. Creating standard presentations, sales tools and pre-sales documents.創(chuàng)建標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的產(chǎn)品銷售工具和產(chǎn)品售前支持文檔。
9. Drive benchmarking studies to identify market opportunities, gather competitor intelligence.推動(dòng)競(jìng)品分析和研究,收集競(jìng)爭(zhēng)對(duì)手情報(bào)。
10. Product lifecycle follow up (KPI reporting, analyze gaps to initial targets, propose evolution of product positioning on market, follow up product performance).產(chǎn)品生命周期跟進(jìn)(KPI報(bào)告,分析與初始目標(biāo)的差距,提出產(chǎn)品改進(jìn)計(jì)劃,跟進(jìn)產(chǎn)品表現(xiàn))。
Requirements:
1. Degree in Engineering / Business / Marketing.工程/商業(yè)/市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷學(xué)位。
2. 3 years’ experience in e.g. development of technical products, technical Marketing or comparable functions.3年以上相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),產(chǎn)品開發(fā),技術(shù)營(yíng)銷或類似經(jīng)歷。
3. Knowledge of pump industry and experience of B2B business background is a plus.有B2B行業(yè)經(jīng)驗(yàn)者或水泵行業(yè)優(yōu)先。
4. Significant working experience in multi-cultural environment.在跨文化環(huán)境中的工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
Language: communication in English and local language.語言:英語和中文。
