崗位職責:
1、Strictly implement the company
s compensation and benefits policies and regulations to ensure that all related actions meet compliance requirements;
嚴格執(zhí)行公司的薪酬福利政策和規(guī)定,確保所有相關(guān)行動滿足合規(guī)要求;
2、Monitor and continuously optimize the compensation work to prevent and control risks;
監(jiān)控并持續(xù)優(yōu)化薪酬工作,防控風險;
3、Monitor and manage relevant documents and information to ensure the timely update and full implementation of the company
s policies and regulations;
監(jiān)控和管理相關(guān)文件、信息,確保公司政策、法規(guī)的及時更新,并得到充分執(zhí)行;
4、Complete the payment and statistical analysis of salaries, social insurance, and provident funds within the specified time;
在規(guī)定時間內(nèi)完成薪酬、社會保險和公積金支付以及統(tǒng)計分析工作;
任職要求:
1、Master
s degree or above, majoring in human resources or related fields;
碩士及以上學歷,人力資源相關(guān)專業(yè);
2、Possess good learning ability, communication skills, logical thinking ability, as well as a strong sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit;
具備良好的學習能力、溝通能力、邏輯思維能力,以及強烈的責任心和團隊協(xié)作精神;
3、Proficient in using office software, passed CET - 4, and have good oral English skills;
熟練應(yīng)用office辦公軟件,通過CET - 4,有良好英語口語能力;
4、Prior internship experience in a similar position is preferred;
有類似崗位實習經(jīng)驗優(yōu)先;
5、Able to withstand certain work pressure and have a challenging spirit.
能夠承受一定的工作壓力,具有挑戰(zhàn)精神。
