崗位職責(zé):
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
?Organize the new employee orientation;
?Collect and analyze the training needs from dept. to complete the annual training plan;
?Manage the whole training progress, including the preparation of pre-training, execution of training, evaluation of training results and so on;
?Organize the internal and external training according to training plan;
?Operate online platform and manage learning projects ;
?Continuously optimize the training process and analysis the training data;
?Develop internal and external training course and manage internal trainers team;
?Build the training supplier resource and evaluate their performance;
?Support supervisor to conduct the talent development program: the trainee program, the vocational training program, career path, succession plan and so on;
?Other tasks assigned by team leader.
實(shí)施人才發(fā)展計(jì)劃:培訓(xùn)生計(jì)劃、職業(yè)培訓(xùn)計(jì)劃、職業(yè)道路、繼任計(jì)劃等;
根據(jù)培訓(xùn)計(jì)劃組織內(nèi)外部培訓(xùn);
運(yùn)營(yíng)在線平臺(tái),管理學(xué)習(xí)項(xiàng)目;
持續(xù)優(yōu)化培訓(xùn)流程,分析培訓(xùn)數(shù)據(jù);
開(kāi)發(fā)內(nèi)外部培訓(xùn)課程,管理內(nèi)訓(xùn)師團(tuán)隊(duì);
建立培訓(xùn)供應(yīng)商資源并進(jìn)行評(píng)估;
主管交辦的其他工作。
任職要求:
REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
?Major is not limited, bachelor degree and above
?3 years above training experience, Automotive or Manufacturing industry is plus
?Good team spirit, Self-motivated, passionate, strong anti-pressure and communicate ability, eager to learn
?Good English and office software skill.
專業(yè)不限,本科及以上學(xué)歷;
3年以上培訓(xùn)經(jīng)驗(yàn),汽車或制造業(yè)優(yōu)先;
良好的團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神,有上進(jìn)心,有激情,抗壓和溝通能力強(qiáng);
良好的英語(yǔ)和辦公軟件技能。
