汽車行業(yè)質(zhì)量管理體系8D報(bào)告車身底盤英文口語內(nèi)外飾
1.在車身和底盤/內(nèi)飾/EE/外部零件方面有經(jīng)驗(yàn)的SQE
2.適用的英語技能（寫作和口語都是必要的，必須能夠在工作場(chǎng)所用英語進(jìn)行良好的溝通）；
3.本科及以上學(xué)歷；
4.能夠使用各種測(cè)量工具；
5.能夠使用MS Office；
6.質(zhì)量管理知識(shí)和能力（8D、FTA等）和工藝基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)（注塑、沖壓、裝配等）；
7.良好的分析判斷能力，良好的責(zé)任心，執(zhí)行力，溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力，能承受工作壓力；
8.3年以上汽車行業(yè)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，具備供應(yīng)商質(zhì)量管理技能；
1. Work as VWA on site engineer to support VWA to deal with suppliers’ quality problems;
2. Responsible for supplier quality related actions, respond to supplier quality problems, include but not limited in:
a) on-site problem confirmation,
b) quality issue communication and reporting,
c) quality issue initial analysis,
d) initial containment,
e) track the feedback of improvement, etc.;
3. Independently or assist VWA to complete the quality task, include but not limited in:
f) assembly testing tracking online,
g) defects analysis,
h) work instruction creation,
i) parts traceability,
j) make containment plan,
k) parts testing,
l) parts screening,
m) data and evidence collection,
n) measure verification, etc.;
4. If any quality problems occur, based on VWA approval, block the failure parts;
5. Responsible for handle, track and verification of supplier improvement actions according to the requirement from Q-BTVs;
6. Finish the other work (delivery part to assigned location, identify supplier part generation, etc.) which assigned by VWA leader.
1. Experienced SQE in Body& Chassis/ Interior/ EE/ Exterior parts
2. Applicable English skills (Writing and speaking are both necessary, must be able to perform good communication at workplace in English);
3. Bachelor degree or above;
4. Ability to use various measurement tools;
5. Ability to use MS Office;
6. Quality management knowledge and ability (8D, FTA, etc.) and Basic knowledge of processes (Injection, stamping, assembly, etc.);
7. Good analysis and judgment skills, good sense of responsibility, execution, communication and coordination skills and work under pressure;
8. Over 3 years’ experience in automotive industry, supplier quality management skill is necessary;
9. The candidate should be qualified by VWA, and at any time VWA have right to change the candidate.
