Accountabilities：

5. Collaborate closely with internal partners with effective communication, achieve all the tasks assigned by the line manager and company. 在工作中與內(nèi)部同事緊密合作，保持高效溝通，積極達成公司與上級分配的各項任務(wù)目標(biāo)。

6. Ensure all activities to comply with the company’s policies and relative regulations in China. 確保所有的銷售活動依照公司政策和中國境內(nèi)的法律、法規(guī)。

Knowledge/ Academic Qualification:

1. Bachelor’s Degree and above 本科及以上學(xué)歷

2. Major in medication or life science related. 醫(yī)學(xué)、藥學(xué)、生物制藥等生命科學(xué)相關(guān)專業(yè)

Competency & Skills:

1. Good interpersonal communication and collaboration skills; Advanced ability of keeping learning. 具有優(yōu)秀的人際交往、溝通協(xié)作能力及持續(xù)學(xué)習(xí)能力；

2. Integrity, proactiveness, good adaptability, ability of working effectively under pressure and self-motivation. 誠實守信，積極主動，快速適應(yīng)變化，能夠承責(zé)承壓并自我激勵；

Experience:

1. Above 3 years Oncology field experience and relevant management experience in MNC company is preferred. 具有3年以上腫瘤產(chǎn)品推廣經(jīng)驗，有外資制藥公司相關(guān)管理經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先
