Accountabilities：

5. Collaborate closely with internal partners with effective communication, achieve all the tasks assigned by the line manager and company. 在工作中與內(nèi)部同事緊密合作，保持高效溝通，積極達成公司與上級分配的各項任務目標。

6. Ensure all activities to comply with the company’s policies and relative regulations in China. 確保所有的銷售活動依照公司政策和中國境內(nèi)的法律、法規(guī)。

Knowledge/ Academic Qualification:

1. Bachelor’s Degree and above 本科及以上學歷

2. Major in medication or life science related. 醫(yī)學、藥學、生物制藥等生命科學相關(guān)專業(yè)

Competency & Skills:

1. Good interpersonal communication and collaboration skills; Advanced ability of keeping learning. 具有優(yōu)秀的人際交往、溝通協(xié)作能力及持續(xù)學習能力；

2. Integrity, proactiveness, good adaptability, ability of working effectively under pressure and self-motivation. 誠實守信，積極主動，快速適應變化，能夠承責承壓并自我激勵；

Experience:

1. Above 3 years Oncology field experience and relevant management experience in MNC company is preferred. 具有3年以上腫瘤產(chǎn)品推廣經(jīng)驗，有外資制藥公司相關(guān)管理經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先
