Job Responsibilities:

1.Understand customer network requirements, provide solutions, and offer technical support.

2.Responsible for the implementation of new network constructions, renovations, upgrades, and cutover projects.

3.Handle common network faults, create common fault FAQs, and analyze difficult fault cases.
負(fù)責(zé)對(duì)常見(jiàn)網(wǎng)絡(luò)故障處理、常見(jiàn)故障FAQ、疑難故障案例分析等
4.Organize project-related documents such as LLD and implementation documentation.

Job Requirements:

1.More than 3 years of work experience, with experience in medium to large-scale network and security project implementations.
3年以上工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，有中大型網(wǎng)絡(luò)、安全項(xiàng)目實(shí)施經(jīng)驗(yàn)
2.Excellent communication skills and team spirit, outstanding technical documentation, and solution writing skills.
具有優(yōu)秀的溝通能力和團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作精神，出色的技術(shù)文檔、方案撰寫(xiě)能力
3.Strong sense of responsibility and meticulous work attitude, with good analytical and expression abilities, cooperative spirit, and ability to handle high work pressure.
有強(qiáng)烈的責(zé)任感和細(xì)致的工作態(tài)度，具備良好的分析能力與表達(dá)能力，有良好的合作精神，能承受較強(qiáng)工作壓力
4.Proficiency in Chinese and English for communication.

5.Familiarity with Fortinet firewalls is preferred.
