Responsibilities

1.Execute Demand/Supply requirements from MRP planning system (APS) and Division Planners. Regularly review MRP demand with supplier to achieve all production requirements

2.Collaborate with teams (PM, R&D, CM and division planners) to remove operation obstacles of manufacturing at the supplier concerning specification, quality, pricing, NPI status conformity with expectation and set timelines, understand supplier’s production logical calculation, factory output allocation, order processing priority, customer influence and gate keeper, review natural
disasters risk and influence (earthquake, flood, typhoon, fire accident, power
off, etc.), prospectively all possible diagnose risks, aggressively drive the
best supply fulfillment plan & execution for the onslaught

3.Analyze purchase requisition, select suppliers, determine appropriate prices, order terms and conditions, drive order acknowledgment, monitor logistics and payment status, manage PO changes triggered by requests, evaluate demand’s importance/emergency classification, ensure order information' accuracy and timeless

4.Inventory control, adopt various approaches used to optimal inventory volume and improve turnover, reduce holding cost and avoid excess

5.Procurement circumstance navigation, rules & reports affiliated with procurement process introduction, coordinate with function teams clear all obstacles ensure new supplier and new process on live

Requirements

1.Bachelor or above; 3 – 5 years purchasing experience, contract manufacturing related preferred

2.Fluent in English writing and speaking;

3.Proficient in office software tools such as Excel, Word, ppt etc.

4.SAP/Oracle experience is preferred
