崗位內(nèi)容:
1. 負(fù)責(zé)按照菜品清單,組織菜品排列和擺盤;
2. 能配合廚師的工作安排,確保菜品質(zhì)量和出餐速度;
3. 維護餐具、餐桌及環(huán)境的清潔衛(wèi)生;
4. 管理餐車或傳菜窗口,保證菜品數(shù)量和品質(zhì)。
