Responsibilities:
○ Make quality planning for new project, identify all customers’ requirements and turn them to project demands;
○ Handle customer quality issues, investigating problems, identifying root cause and taking corrective actions; Writing of quality reports for customer complaints and prepare regular report on customer ;
○ Establish detailed quality work plan to keep tracking and update plan, if necessary take corrective measures;
○ Take an actively part in preparation and review of process flow chart, failure model effectiveness analysis, control plan, operation instructions for products and take responsibility for inspection instruction;
○ Take an actively part in project activities, such as assess project risk, review project at each stage, track quality problems, etc;
○ Organize design, manufacturing and acceptance of fixtures and test tools designed for inspection;
○ Submit PPAP (including project stages, SOP of post products and/or process changes) to customer for approval;
○ Keep track of items that affect quality (customer, product and lab and etc.) to ensure well communication between customer and Quality Function;
○ Ensure the Containment Policy to be immediately implemented in case of problems arising out of quality and notify relevant functional department to implement corrective and preventive plan;
○ Entitled to stop production line that is proved to be unqualified and further authority to set and manage the state identification of product inspection & test;
○ Be responsible for arrangement for analysis and correction of quality problems complaint by customers and follow up action plans;
○ Participating in various continuous improvement efforts aimed at improving quality levels;
○ Manage customer visits, audits and certification body audits;
○ Other tasks assigned by superiors.
Job Specification / required skills:
○ Bachelor degree or above in Mechanics;
○ Minimum 3 years working experience in automotive on quality especially in interior or exterior trim company;
○ Good knowledge in quality control and quality planning;
○ Familiar with quality tools and quality system;
○ Familiar with customers' requirement such as GM, VW, Ford's etc;
○ Good knowledge in GD&T and gauge;
○ Good communication skill and team player;
○ Be able to work independently and proactive;
○ Fluent spoken English preferred.
